Terms of Use
1. The service
Tescar is an independent app that shows your electric vehicle's data and lets you use some vehicle functions remotely. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or supported by Tesla, Inc. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc.
2. Subscription
- Using the app requires an auto-renewable App Store subscription. The price and period are shown on the subscription screen before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same length and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription on your iPhone under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial or promotional period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's terms and are requested through Apple.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; you need to cancel it separately as described above.
3. Vehicle commands and liability
Remote commands (unlocking, trunk, charging, etc.) are relayed through Tesla's systems and depend on the vehicle's connectivity; delivery cannot be guaranteed. You use commands at your own risk. Consumption, cost and battery health figures in the app are estimates and do not replace the vehicle's own displays.
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.
4. Account termination
You can delete your account from the app at any time. Accounts may be suspended in case of misuse.
5. Changes and governing law
Significant changes to these terms are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Contact: ozgun.gungor@hotmail.com
